1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and qk11 ("qk11," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the qk11 online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality available at qk11.vip and any related sub-domains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services, you unconditionally accept these Terms. 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the qk11 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. qk11 employs active detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including your name, date of birth, address, or payment method information — is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qk11 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount received unless otherwise stated. Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) contribute to wagering requirements unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

qk11 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably believes that a player has abused the promotion, including through low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine participation in the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

qk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. qk11's decisions regarding promotion eligibility and bonus allocation are final.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the qk11 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, sport, or game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms. In summary:

• All bets are accepted at qk11's sole discretion. qk11 reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (where applicable) may be voided.
• In the event of a technical fault, qk11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• qk11 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per player, per event, or per market at its sole discretion.
• Winnings on void bets, erroneously accepted bets (including where odds were published due to a manifest error), or bets placed in contravention of these Terms will not be paid and any such funds credited to an account will be reclaimed by qk11.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at qk11's discretion. Bets accepted before a market is suspended remain valid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qk11 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity or payment information; impersonating another person; using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one qk11 account, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated or mechanical tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical fault on the Platform for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to qk11 transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the qk11 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of qk11 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

qk11's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qk11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or internet disruptions may temporarily render the Platform unavailable; qk11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

10. Privacy & Data

qk11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided there are no pending withdrawal holds.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
